Neal Graham - Lead Pastor

Pastor Neal Graham is the Founder of EVOS Men’s Ministry and Co-Founder and Pastor of Kingdom Impact Ministries (KIMI), a nonprofit dedicated to equipping believers to walk in their God-given identity and purpose. He is the author of Beyond Mediocrity, a devotional that challenges believers to rise above spiritual complacency and pursue excellence in their calling.

Pastor Neal is also a leadership and motivational speaker, spiritual mentor, and host of The King’s Men Podcast. He has been married to his wife Judy for 35 years, and together they have two children.

Marisol Hernandez- Senior Leadership Team Member/ Prayer Team Leader

Marisol Hernandez is an entrepreneur with a background in commercial real estate and financial services, dedicated to helping families and investors build wealth with wisdom and integrity. As a single mother, she has led her home and business with resilience, faith, and determination.

Now stepping fully into ministry, Marisol is answering God’s call to use her testimony and leadership to bring others into the Kingdom of God. She is passionate about seeing lives restored, strengthened, and transformed through faith in Jesus Christ.

Peter Iglesias - Senior Leadership Team Member / Men’s Ministry

Peter Iglesias- Peter James Iglesias has been in the CPG sector for the last 27 years and has established himself as an industry expert as well senior operations executive who innovates scalable and agile strategies that drive sustainable growth globally. Iglesias brings an exceptional level of sector experience and knowledge spanning operations, sales & marketing to the commercial side of the industry and is also a natural leader.

Iglesias is known for developing and managing winning teams by emphasizing a “Legacy Building!” mantra that spurs his staff to focus on establishing winning brands, teams, and organizations.

Born in Bellville, New Jersey on January 3rd, 1972, Iglesias holds a BA in Sports Administration from Saint Thomas University (Miami, FL).

Abigail Lopez- Senior Leadership Team Member / Marketing and Creative Director

Abigail Lopez- Abigail Lopez is a strategic creative leader and devoted follower of Jesus, serving as the Creative Team Lead at Kingdom Impact Ministries. In this role, she oversees the visual, digital, and brand expression of the ministry ensuring that every message, platform, and initiative reflects excellence, clarity, and Kingdom impact.

A graduate of the University of Miami (Class of 2008), Abigail brings years of professional experience across leadership, operations, and communications.

With a deep commitment to advancing the Gospel, Abigail believes creativity is a powerful tool for transformation. She is passionate about stewarding vision with integrity, developing teams with intentionality, and communicating the message of Jesus in ways that are both compelling and culturally relevant. Her leadership is marked by excellence, discernment, and a heart fully surrendered to the purposes of God.

Larry Graham Leadership Team Member/ Administrator

Larry Graham spent from age three to eighteen on the missionary field. The vast majority of his pre-adult life was in Paraguay and Spain. He is a graduate of Evangel University where he studied Business Administration Management. Professionally, Larry has six years in the hospitality industry and over 23 years of government service with the Department of Defense. He holds advanced degrees in international affairs related fields and has worked in four continents for extended periods of time. Larry’s passion is to see Jesus revealed and glorified.

Martha Lopez - Senior Leadership Team Member/ Online Director

Martha Lopez- Martha Lopez is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in hotel hospitality and real estate. She serves as a founding member and Board of Director for Underground 58 Street Ministry, where she is passionate about reaching lives and advancing the Kingdom of God.

Martha also serves as the Online Director for Kingdom Impact Ministries. With a heart to teach, elevate, and encourage others, Martha is dedicated to equipping kingdom leaders and entrepreneurs to walk boldly in their God-given purpose. Her mission is to help others grow in faith, leadership, and impact through service, mentorship, and Kingdom-minded vision.

Judy Graham - Lead Pastor

Pastor Judy Graham is the wife of Pastor Neal Graham and the Co- Founder of Kingdom Impact Ministries! She was born and grew up in Nassau, Bahamas she attended college in South Florida and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance, she met and married her forever love in 1991 and has enjoyed the role of wife for 35 years! She is the mother of Jonathan Philip and Jordan Alexis Graham ( Esquire) , she is one of four siblings who currently reside in the Bahamas and Canada , she has an heart for the elderly and enjoys creating boutique and personal gifts and shares them with those who others often overlook and forget! She loves God and people and her wisdom and compassion are evident to all who meet her.
